Who is behind SolvStream?
Shaun Richardson, founder of SolvStream, combines 18 years of logistics and operational experience with modern AI capability. Based in Elche, Spain, working with service businesses across the UK and Europe. SolvStream exists to fix workflows properly before adding AI, not the other way around.
I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, and started my career in logistics. At 21 I moved to the UK and spent over a decade in operations, learning how businesses actually run from the inside.
In 2020 I left a solid UK career to move to Romania for my now wife. I went independent and built a business from scratch, learning what it takes to operate alone without a safety net.
In late 2024, a course on building AI tools cracked something open. The strategic thinking I had relied on for years suddenly had a powerful new application. I was completely hooked.
I moved to Spain with my family in early 2025 and launched SolvStream. It combines nearly two decades of operational experience with modern AI capability. I focus on workflow design first, then embed AI where it genuinely reduces load.
